A pay-rationale draft from the fields you type. No wage lookup. Nothing is emailed.

Does CompReason cover equity or bonus?

Yes. It includes an equity or bonus structure in the offer narrative, not just the salary line.

Can I share the output with the candidate?

You can copy the draft. The product does not email it.

What are the talking points for?

Wording you can edit. They are not a wage survey.

Who should use CompReason?

People who will check the numbers themselves.

Talking points from the ceiling you typed

Q: What inputs does CompReason need?

A role, a region, a seniority, and an optional budget ceiling.

Type a role, a region, a seniority, and an optional budget ceiling. CompReason drafts a plain-language pay story and talking points. It does not look up wage surveys, and it does not email the note.

What you type

Role, region (US, EU, UK, or Other), seniority, and a ceiling if you have one.

What you get

A draft you edit. If you did not type a ceiling, the draft does not invent a market percentile.
