A pay-rationale draft from the fields you type

Q: What inputs does CompReason need?

A role, a region, a seniority, and an optional budget ceiling.

Type a role, a region, a seniority, and an optional budget ceiling. CompReason drafts a plain-language pay story and talking points. It does not look up wage surveys, and it does not email the note.

What you type

Role, region (US, EU, UK, or Other), seniority, and a ceiling if you have one.

What you get

A draft you edit. If you did not type a ceiling, the draft does not invent a market percentile.
